Normal delivery hours for Fresh Petals are between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday and 9am – 3pm Saturday & Sunday.
Fresh Petals offers same day delivery for orders submitted before 2pm AEST.
And for business addresses (before 5pm) orders submitted before 12pm.
Orders requiring Saturday delivery must be placed by 5pm Friday.
Orders can be placed online 14 days prior to delivery. Orders outside of these terms will be confirmed 3 days prior to the delivery date selected.
CLOSED ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Fresh Petals cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee individual time slots.
As Fresh Petals is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your gift on the next business day.
