Fresh Petals offers same day delivery for orders submitted before 10am AEST. Orders placed after this time may be delivered the following day.
Orders requiring Saturday delivery must be placed by 3pm Friday.
Orders can be placed online up to 14 days prior to delivery.
Orders outside of these terms will be confirmed 3 days prior to the delivery date selected.
Fresh Petals cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. If you leave a specific date and time in the comments of your order, we will make every attempt to complete your request but we cannot guarantee individual time slots.
As Fresh Petals is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your gift on the next business day.
